At The PALEO Pharmacist we base our Philosophy & Lifestyle on the 4 Pillars of Health: Nutrition, Fitness, Restorative Sleep & the cultivation of a Quantum Mindset.
Have you ever hit rock bottom, not sure how you will survive or get through that tumultuous valley? Has your body betrayed you with paralysis, obesity or an unexpected chronic illness? If this is you, you are not alone. Life is not without adversity. In fact many of the most successful people on the planet have experienced a dark night of the soul prior to their greatest miracle. It is how we navigate these times and the mindset that we cultivate that determines the trajectory of our lives.
In my life, I have learned how to walk twice, once as a baby, once as an adult. In 2016, after a random central disc herniation in my lumbar spine, I found myself in emergency surgery with a rare injury to the horsetail of my spinal cord. It was during my time of recovery and healing that I chanced upon the concept of the Quantum Mind and how I could use my mindset to heal and manifest the life I wanted to live.
What is the Quantum Mind you may ask? It is the mindset of self actualization, gratitude and manifestation. It is the realization that you are 100% responsible for your life and that you are the master creator of it all. Using principles of subconscious re-conditioning to re-frame your beliefs and align your daily actions you can begin to serve your higher self by showing up for yourself everyday. The work is not easy, but I will tell you......it is worth it.
